My experience with this bottled water delivery service in Baltimore, pretty much replay many of the horror story reviews of dissatisfied customers. I found the delivery service of this company appalling. The delivery people actions were counter productive toward it's customers, and management and customer service did little or nothing to remedy my complaints. Seems that, if someone's terrible work habits are affecting my business, something would be done about it, other than a free case of water. Because of this experience, I had to cancel my service. Otherwise, my rating for this company would be totally different.
